The Theme of the Show is “Community”

What does Community mean to you? What is the Community in your world?

For all 2-D media on paper – Paper size may be either: 8”x10”  or  12”x16”

Three (3) pieces of artwork may be submitted for this Exhibition.

No Application Fee to submit for this Exhibition.

Artist Jordan Taub is our juror for this Exhibition.

Additional Parameters:

Up to 14 pieces of student artwork will be accepted by the juror for this Student Showcase.

Artwork must adhere to the theme “Community”, but may be addressed in any manner that the student chooses. Any medium on paper is acceptable.

Paper size must be either: 8″x10″ OR 12″x16″

Artwork is to be submitted unframed.

Chosen Artwork:

Chosen artwork will be framed by TJAA for display in this Exhibition.

Chosen student artists will receive a complimentary one year membership to Texas Jewish Arts Association, with all rights of membership.

Parent must agree to deliver and pick up chosen artwork at the designated place, dates and times stated above.

An art reception may be held during the exhibition. This will be at the discretion of, and scheduled by, the DJCF.

Submission Requirements:

Please click on the link below to fill out the Submission Form. The form will require the student artist’s name, age, grade and school. Also the artwork Title, material or medium used, and paper size. Additional information required: parent’s name, email, and phone.

Submit artwork in jpg format. Artwork will be juried from the jpg so take as good a quality photo to submit as possible.

No Application Fee is required to submit artwork for this Student Showcase. No fee will be charged if student’s artwork is chosen for this exhibition.

Up to three (3) pieces of student’s artwork may be submitted for consideration on one Submission Form.
