Big News!
“ENORMOUS CHANGES AT THE LAST MINUTE” was the title of a book by the late Grace Paley, one of my favorite authors and my Greenwich Village neighbor for many years. Now, at age 93, another enormous change is about to take place.This follows my move from New York City less than four years ago at age 90 after living in the same apartment for over fifty years. But, as the song goes, “you gotta know when to hold, know when to fold, know when to walk away…..” It is never too late to make changes. Although I had anticipated spending the rest of my days here, for a variety of reasons, the time is right to make a move to another “New Digs”. Details will follow, but for now, this leads me to the next big news….
