i welcome in october, not only as a time of seasonal change but also when i turn another year older and wiser, and preston and i celebrate another year of partnership in marriage. thank you again for following my artistic journey. the biggest news i have to share, of course, is my retirement from Texas Ballet Theater in order to pursue choreography full time. i am settling in to my ‘lasts’, since announcing formally in august, and i am feeling ever grateful for such a wonderful career. my final performance will be in may of 2025, before which i will share much more. but for now, i am enjoying the beginning of the end and the start of new beginnings. as always feel free to reach out. you can email me [afarber123@gmail.com], use the contact form on my website [www.alexandralight.art] or DM on instagram [@farbie]
